Marine slops are mixtures of residual fuel oils and water (not salt water) which are produced by the fuel handling systems employed on large ocean going vessels.
Collection information
We have a specialist MARPOL facility at Ipswich and from here offer a 24 hour, 7-day service with daily collections made around the East, South, South West and Welsh ports. We provide services for most MARPOL wastes to shipping agents and ship operators alike.
